  1. Day 1 Athens - Isthmus - Corinth canal - Acrocorinth - Epidavros - Nafplio - Ellinikon (345 km)

On Day 1, We will set off from Athens via the national motorway and head west. The imposing Corinth canal will be our first short stop and then we head to Acrocorinth (“the Upper Corinth"), the acropolis of ancient Corinth. From there, we continue on to Nafplion for a stroll in the beautiful city, after first making a stop at Epidavros. We will follow a scenic route to our final destination for the day, the beautiful Ellinikon village in Arkadia. We make ourselves comfortable in the lodge we have selected for you and we close the day with dinner in a traditional tavern.

  2. Day 2 Ellinikon – Sparta – Mystras – Taygetus road pass – Kalamata – Messini (265 km)

Early wake-up and departure towards Megalopoli. Our day includes riding along a stunning route and stops at important historical and cultural sites, which will give us the opportunity to learn more about the history of the area we will be travelling through. The visit to the byzantine fortified town of Mystras, together with the crossing to Taygetus will be the highlights of the day. Return to our base late in the afternoon.

  3. Day 3 Ellinikon – Prodromos monastery - open-air Water Power Museum – Olympia – Kaiafa - Temple of Apollo Epikourios – Ellinikon (265 km)

The day is dedicated to the exploration of the renowned quaint villages of Mountainous Arcadia, spread out along the wooded slopes of Mainalon. Old monasteries, ancient temples, museums, an array of attractions await. We will visit the most important ones. We will make a stop at the open-air Water Power Museum, the only one of its kind in Greece and pass through the villages of the “old masons” to get to Olympia, where a visit to the archaeological site – a major Panhellenic religious sanctuary of ancient Greece, where the ancient Olympic Games were held – is an absolute “must”. By noon we will have reached the thermal springs of Kaiafa, renowned since antiquity, at Loutra, near the coast, only to start climbing again to visit the Temple of Apollo Epikourios (Apollo “the helper”) – one of the most studied ancient Greek temples. We will return to our base late in the evening and enjoy a delicious dinner at one of the village’s traditional taverns.

  4. Day 4 Ellinikon - Elati – Cave of Kapsia- Mycenae / Tirintha - Athens (390 km)

The last day will find us riding through the beautiful villages of Mainalon. We begin our return to Athens through Mantineia, where we will stop for a tour of the Kapsia cave (also known as the Sinkholes of Kapsia), one of Greece’s hidden gems. Our next short stop is the church of Agia Fotini, surely an architectural paradox. We pass through Mycenae/Tirintha to join the national highway that will lead us to Athens and … if time allows it, we can visit some of the capital’s major attractions or we visit the Hellenic Motorcycle Museum.
